We offer laundry and dry cleaning services for all types of clothing, soft furnishings and rug cleaning. Depending on how quickly you need your laundry to be ready, you can avail of our normal, express, or weekly collection services.

In the rare event that an item is lost, we endeavor to pay five times the cleaning charge, or if a purchase receipt is presented for a new item, then an agreed fee will be reached based on depreciation. However, each claim is evaluated on a case-by-case basis which will be made clear to you at each stage.

Our policy for damaged items is the same as above but could also lead to a third party examination, which is an independent laboratory in Europe. Garment(s) are sent to the laboratory for analysis to define how garment(s) were damaged and whichever party is found to be at fault is liable for all costs of the investigations of the laboratory.

Our service policy assures our customers of a trusted, premium service at all times. When circumstances are beyond our control, we will contact you to notify you of the delay and to mutually agree a new delivery time.
